1. Acceptance of Terms

Tidy Vision is operated by Tidy Vision (“Tidy Vision”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using Tidy Vision (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between you and Tidy Vision. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tidy Vision provides smart cleaning and organization planning tools, including product scanning, space analysis, and personalized cleaning schedules. We may update or change the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Tidy Vision is the seller of record for all purchases made through Tidy Vision. Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, Inc., our payment service provider. Stripe handles secure card processing, billing, and (where applicable) tax calculation and collection — but Tidy Vision remains responsible to you for the contract, the Service, billing accuracy, refunds, and customer support.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or the customer billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

All applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST) may be added at checkout depending on your location. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to interfere with the Service’s operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. You must not upload images of other people without their consent or content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Tidy Vision and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidy Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or within the Service.
